You cant respond directly to this unless you register on the forums (free) however to give a sensible answer, we need more information from you:
How are you trying to connect? USB lead/wifi via an app?
What make/model/android version 4.4.? are your tablets?
What programme are you running on your PC which does nothing?
If you do register, you would be better to post your detailed question in the forum specific to your devicess.
