I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with android 4.0.4, MTN sim with enough data but whenever I try to go to the Play store, I get a message that the connection timed out.
When I get apps from the play store via my PC they don't download to my tablet and I get an error message 497.
What is and how do I fix it? I've tried a factory data reset and a hard reset but neither has fixed the problem.
