Over the last few days, I have been consistently getting an error message that the connection to mobile phone timed out. I am using Windows XP. I have rebooted my laptop, rebooted the Incredible, removed the battery. USB Debugging is enabled. Nothing is working. What else do I need to do? Is this a known issue?
