Connection

Have NdaNet installed on Droid 2 ok and it is working fine. My questions is do I have to keep my Droid on all the time in order to use it on my iPad, which I have it on now and working fine.

Have not seen anything that says requires to keep telephone on, or charged.

Really my question is will my iPad continue to work everywhere as it does now regardless if phone is on or charged?

Umm, yes. If the phone was off, how could it use the internet and communicate with your other device?

Your iPad will work, but have no internet, email or anything else that requires a data connection.
