can i connect my phone to my laptop, and somehow get on an app from my phone, and it appear on my laptop screen?
 
Welcome to AF! :)

I'm not sure Android offers that functionality. There are apps that allow you to view your phones screen on the PC, but the refresh rate is pretty bad by all accounts.
