Connectivity switching (AT&T)

Can you switch from say 4g HSPA+ to 3G in options on the AT&T version, or is it like the skyrocket was and it won't allow you to change the connectivity of the phone?

At the moment, the GS3 is like the Skyrocket in that you cannot disable the LTE radio even when you are not in an area where LTE is available.
