Root Conquer return to stock? Please help

I was wondering if it's possible to unroot and remove cwm from the conquer 4g. I have been having issues and want to update from fc17 to the latest to see if it will remedy my problem. I have removed root via one click, however I cannot get rid of cwm, or get the stock apps back and it's keeping me from updating. Please help me asap as I am hoping this will remedy this issue with everything I'm having.
To reiterate I am wanting to return the phone back to full stock.. Maybe an odin flash?
