Hello. I want to buy a new unlocked cell phone for around 200-400$CDN. I am considering the Oneplus X, The LG G Flex 2, and the HTC Desire Eye. Which of these is the best for the price?

Hard to say. Spec out the ones you're interested in. Look at ram, memory, and processor speed.

4g LTE?

Does it have an expansion slot?

Is the battery removable?

Do you want to hack it? Some, like mine, you can't.

Does it have marshmallow (6.0) or will it soon get it?

Look at user reviews.

It's hard to steer you in one direction or another w/o knowing what you plan to do with it.
