Help Constant CPU usage

My esteem uses 10-30% CPU all the time. even when idling. after restart ect, any ideas whats that? Maybe its normal?

Check your running processes and see what is using it.

Is it like that when you use an heavy program?

when playing youtue video shutters every few seconds. then cpu usage is even higher. and i cant check whats causing it if its idling..its...idle!

Try uninstalling it and then installing it (update) back...

Lol I get you. Idk hes motive but he does have a slightly little point. I don't even know what I was trying to say, well anyway I ment to say to try factory reset or download "watch dog lite" to see what is causing the CPU usage to be high...
