Help Constant freezing in b08c?

Hey guys. Since I manually upgraded my phone to b08c, my phone has been constantly freezing in random situations. I never had this problem before on older firmwares. I tried clean formatting, wiping cache, and everything, but nothing helped.

Today, I decided to go through a troublesome process to root after b08c. I finally managed to do it and it rooted perfectly, installed the Windows 7 ROM from the Root forum, and I still have the same issues.

Keep in mind I've had this problem on the stock firmware as well. This never happened till b08c.

Anyone else?
 
Had the same problem just reinstalled update problem fixed.Something might have skipped a beat during the transfer.
 
By reinstalling updates, do you mean flashing your phone to stock? no offense, because I've witnessed better performance that way too, but it seems like a real hassle unless you've Titanium'ed everything important on your phone regularly.
 
There has to be something wrong with b08c. I went from 100% stock b08c, Woodstock's b08c nandroid backup, and the Windows 7 ROM from the root forum that is built on b08c. All 3 have the same exact random freezing issue.

I am now using Woodstock's older 02-11 nandroid backup BEFORE b08c and everything is running perfectly fine like before. Just wanted to update you guys. For reference I'm using one of the launch ZTE Warps. If I try to OTA update, it doesn't find any new updates.
 
well I've been having issues of the phone freezing and then rebooting straight to the boost logo screen... been reading other forums, and have taken the plunge on a new battery, hopefully this will fix the problem...

Also have random freezing and rebooting...rooted and have latest zte update and quietstorm's cwm....the first one

Can you update whether the new battery works for you

Will do, ordered it this past Friday... will use new battery for at least 2 days before posting

I hate my life now. Getting my hands on a working B08b or B08 ROM would be most helpful.
 
NEW BATTERY DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT SOLVE MY REBOOTING ISSUE... Hmmm... well I guess will have to wait and see if a new update is released soon ... B09 or something...


btw, I am running B08.....
 
I have had my butt cheered out here for not sending my phone in to ZTE for repair. Maybe you should do this too :p
 
I've never been rooted. Have had daily (sometimes more) reboots. Did the updates - OTA and website. Only helped for a couple days. Sent the phone to ZTE. They did a full software wipe and reinstall. Came back, and worked for a couple of days. ZTE said to send it back again, and this time, they will REALLY fix it, and maybe replace it.
Ive seennpeolle on the boards blame apps, wifi, updates, batteries. I've seen some of the optimists who said they never had a problem start to post about the problem. It's clearly the phone itself. I don't know enough about cells to know what could be wrong with the hardware to cause this problem.
And, don't look to Boost to help. Corporate office reps (not just call center people) have said that,unlike Amazon or Walmart or even your local grocery store, Boost will do NOTHING but point to the manufacturer.

i noticed my phone star have issue with reboot start when installed b08c:mad:
the issue is random why i said sometimes is opera other Pandora or the phones itself reboot in the night and tihs day the phone appear with the charged red on but is die i have reboot and work
 
Excuse me...but this rebooting issue is becoming a ****ing pain in my ass ! Can you tell I am getting pissed. It seems to just get worse with time, more apps, heavier workload etc... That should not be the case. Of course BOOST sends you to ZTE, ZTE wants the phone for up to 15 business days, freaking month, and you know they can't do SHIT ! It's all the WARP's...not just mine and ZTE is like"uh, no, sir that is not the case, they are isolated incidences. MY ASS !

I think if my phone reboots one more time I am going to throw the ****ing thing to Asia and hit ZTE CEO in the ****ing head. Make him freeze. ASSHOLE !

I feel the exact same way. I used to love my warp. This ish sucks now. It stays blacking out, restarting and when i make a call the screen blacks out. WTF. I am sick of this phone! What shall we do? #love the bill price, #hate the phone!!!!
