I have a droid 2 and it is constantly rebooting. After startup, it waits about 4-6 seconds then reboots. I haven't dropped it, and it doesn't seem to have water damage. It seems to have randomly happened after coming off the charger. I have tried taking the battery out and turning it off. Also nothing seems to be visually wrong with it.
