Help constantly dropping 4g

So i have had the razr since december and i have had 7 warranty replacement devices. half of them were for different reasons but in the past 2 months i have had 4 of them because they keep dropping data i thought the occasional drop was normal but in talking to other people in my area they never drop LTE ever. Has Anyone else had this issue?

also I called verizon and asked if we could possibly replace the phone with a different one they offered me the rezound or the droid 4 i kind of laughed. then they said possibly the nexus but idk i do like the razr just sick of losing data. should i make any other demands on phones would love a galaxy s3 or new razr but doubt they are going to give me a newer phone
 
Very rare that I drop 4G on my Maxx. Not sure what is happening with yours other than Motorola/Verizon need to do a new update.
 
If you don't like data drops then stay clear of the nexus, heck anything made by Samsung probably. My nexus had by far the most data drops and lowest signal of any phone over ever owned.
Are you on ics or gb? And what is the version number?
I haven't had any data drops ever since I've owned my phone. If you have had that many replacements for the same issue then it is unlikely that it's your phone and more likely that it's either your area, or possibly you need a new sim card.
 
Then I'm willing to bet it's not your phone. It's probably your area? Where do you live?
And have you tried a new sim card with either of the phones?
