Help Constantly freezing, no mobile network, IMEI null

My samsung note 3 sm-n9005 become constantly freezing, mobile network is unavailable, and IMEI null after reinstallation of firmware.

I had tried reinsert SIM card, factory reset, and clear cache partition but still not work . Can anyone help me?

I installed firmware N9005XXUFNF4_N9005OLBFNG1_N9005XXUFNF2_HOME.tar.md5 by using Odin v3.09.

Do you have another firmware partitioned for your device? If so trying reverting back to your previous one and reinstalling that one if you haven't wiped your device clean of it.

No, I just install one firmware only.
