This is a group of users (some of whom [myself, for one] are almost your age and, I suspect, some even older). Contrary to popular thought (and our own fervent wishes) we're not paid tech support specialists (although some of us may be in our day jobs - those of us who still have those).
We have no idea which contact or gobbledegook you're referring to.

(Don't be embarrassed about not being the kind of technical genius some of these kids seem to be born as. My mother lived to be 90, and never got the connection in her mind between moving the mouse on the desk and the mouse cursor moving on the screen. And she was the administrator of a large hospital for many years. Not stupid, but she had to put a penny in the gas light to do her homework. All we can do is try to not get left TOO far behind.)
