I have an Evo 3D - noticed some strange things and don't know how to "fix" them or if it is even possible.

Couple questions:

#1) I entered a phone number with the wrong area code to a new contact. I corrected the number, but when i send text messages the default number is the # that no longer exists! I have to go back into the message and forward it to the new number! How do i permanently remove the first #?

#2) I have some contacts synced with facebook. I can usually see their FB profile pic when a person calls/texts me. But my phone will randomly stop showing me the picture. I double check to make sure that the settings haven't been changed and everything is the same. Why does this happen?

First off welcome to the forums emmamtl :)

#1 : I would try to do a battery reboot by removing your battery and restarting the device

#2 : You would need to change the refresh rate of the sync, because when you lose internet connection and it tries to sync with the contacts it can get an error and lead to the contacts not showing up with status's/pictures. You can probably change this rate either within the facebook app, or in contact settings.
