Hi,
I do have HTC wild fire S operating with Metro PCS.
I just entered my contact people information under the icon of People and now I am trying to find them they are not there.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!

If you open your contact app (not the people widget) and then press menu>settings you can see which contacts are set to display. You should also at this time make them all Google contacts. This will sync them with your online gmail account.
