how do I add a picture to a contact on a Samsung galaxy not 3 that have been saved to the sim card ?
 
Hi

You need to move the contract to the phone first.

OPen contacts
Menu
Import/export
Import from sim card

Then you can edit the contact and press on the blank pic logo and add one
