Help Contact problem!!!

Ok long story short I erased all my contacts on gmail.com. They're still on my phone and when I tried to sync to gmail again from my phone only 13 contacts showed up! Is it something I'm doing wrong? I would like to get ALL my contacts from my phone back to gmail in case something happens!

Did you try this:
Go to your contacts, menu-import/export-export to sd-export to your google account

Then you can either contact the phone as a disk drive or just insert the sd card into your computer. Open your google account contacts then there should be a more actions button which has an important option. Find the google vcf card created on the sd card and import that.

This is how I had to do it to get all my contacts to go to google. Like you originally only about 15 synced

From the home screen when you do menu-settings -accounts and sync is your google account listed there?

Actually sorry from your contact list tap menu view and is google box checked? If not check it select done then try the steps from the previous post.

OK so I went to the contacts view and the Google box is checked. Also all the boxes under the Google option are checked. Now when I go to the contacts list and hit menu>import/export I still get the same options.

sorry i should of explained better first you choose export to sd then another menu comes up with google, sim or phone as the next choices. if you want all the contacts from your phone then choose phone a file starting with the name pcsc_ will be created on your sd card.
