Help Contact Sync Issue

For some reason, when my syncing my phone google contacts has decided to sync all my twitter and facebook contacts right into my address book. I cant for the life of me figure out how to do away with this, anyone have this issue?

You can go into contacts and then change the settings to synch or display which contact lists you want to use. It is factory set to synch ALL contacts from all sources, so you need to opt out of the contacts you DON'T want automatically sent to your phone.

Thanks for that. It was obvious, but I was looking in google settings, and twitter settings.... Appreciate it.
