Help Contact

When I receive a contact in text it shows up as a empty white square. This has happened with both an iPhone and a android phone. How can I fix this?

Ask people to send contacts to your email address, not text them to you.

I've had it work in the past (i.e., receive a .vcf attachment that you can click to add to People), I've had it not work. Attachments to email always works.
