Hi. Noticed a while ago on my HTC one that about 20 contact phone numbers suddenly all merged under one name. Totally random. All the previous contact names that were the ones tgat merged disappeared, and this one contact had about 20 phone numbers under it. Really f*ed up. I got a new S6 last month and copied all my contacts into it. Yesterday I suddenly noticed I was missing a whole bunch of numbers. Sure enough, one random contact now has about 50 phone numbers under it and all the names are gone. F*ing great. I have about 200 contacts, and now a bunch are gone.
Why is this happening?! I don't use any contact programs, lists, or anything. I just use my phone for email and messaging. I don't see an unlinking option, in case that's it....
Thanks.
