Help Contacts does now sync up to Google

I have created contacts in Google and it did download to my android automatically. This worked.

Since then, I created a few new contacts in my android that I want load up to Google. I following all instructions by select "Account and sync", selecting my g-mail address account, check that "Sync Contacts" is selected, then select "Sync All". It looks like all proceed well in the android, and yes I have confirmed android has contact with internet.

But the contact does not appear at Google Contact, regardless if I reload the web-site. I also notice that in my android the contacts available at Google is marked with a "g", while the new contacts created in my android are not.

So how to ?

Samsung GT-S7560
os=android 4.0.4 (latest available for this device)

It is new contacts only edited and stored in my phone (I have no contact with them at Google).

So is my conclusion right:
If I get a call from someone new at my mobile, I store the number as a new contact in my mobile. Then it will never automatically or manually sync up to Google. I must edit and store it in Google Contacts at the web-site ?

When you add a contract on the phone you can select what type of contact it is. On mine, I can select from Google, device, Yahoo, or Samsung. I have selected Google and then they sync. Editing a contact will show you what was selected at the time it was created.

No, you just must select Google Contacts when you create a New Contact on the phone.
It does not matter if you create that new contact on the phone, or if you create it on the Google Contacts website with a PC.

On you phone, you must learn to ignore, and Never, Ever, create a new phone entry in any other contacts list.... if you do, Google will never see it, and it won't sync up with Google Contacts.

In fact, it would behoove you to remove all those other Contacts options so they don't show up.
