Contacts from sim not imported?

Well I have all my main contacts into my Sim card and usually when I inster it in a phone and adds them in my contacts list. But I just realized I have no contacts from my sim. Is there any way to import them or I have to go and write them one by one back in?

To import the contacts from SIM to phone, press Menu in Contacts application and select "Import/Export", then "Import from SIM".

On Phone, Tap Contacts/Menu/Import/Export

.....you should get pop-up menu, with options to import from SIM, SD, export to SD and Share.....

Best thing then is to synch your contacts with Gmail....

Settings/Accounts & Synch/tap on your gmail.....

I really need to get used that the menu button brings up options and its not the middle button like the rest of my phones that is to press ok or execute. Thanks guys for the help.
