First of all im not a english native so you may have some trouble to understand me.
1-bought my phone and had no contact file from my previous phone
2-S3 automatically pushed emails from my hotmail account; also have a gmail account but no contact on it siince i dont really use it
3-spent almost 4 hours editing my contact list......but finally i did it
4-Viber and whatapp had some trouble synchyng with my contact list but i got through it adding manually some of my contacts
5-yesterday (without updating or installing anything) my contacts went nuts.
At first it seemed like it had reset the contact list and reshynced it with my hotmail account but some of the old contacts are still there....but some are not. Also the most part of the contacts are not right since they have the whatsapp logo but no number inside. I just dont get the order inside the chaos.
Trying to solve it: i went to my gmail account (that i dont use) since it said it had all synched but there are no contact there, even if i try to restore them (restore option from gmail).
So im writing to you hoping for a solution but in case there's none how can i prevent this??????? i also had a backup from KIES but it only restores like 10 of my 200 contacts.
is there any app to backup and prevent it? it seems that kies only backups a few part of the universe of my contacts.......
im pissed...but still in love with S3
