Help Contacts search

So I'm new to Sense, and loving it so far on the Rezound. Many of my contacts have company names asociated with them, and I am unable to search them by company (or orginization), only by names. The standard Android contacts app had this. Is there something I'm missing?

Ok, found it. The HTC people app won't search for anything except the name or number. Google search will find it when you choose contacts.
