Contacts Sort by LastName

Hi, I can't seem to find how to sort Contacts by LastName. Should be simple. Some posts recommend pressing Menu in Contacts app, then More, then Settings, but we don't have More on Galaxy S 3.

Others suggest going into the ICS People app, setting it there, and finding it then sorts correctly in Contacts. Sounds great, but again, I don't find a People app since this isn't a Nexus ICS, and I see no People app in Google Play.

So, am I missing the obvious somewhere or are S 3 users in the cold here?

Open Contacts, hit the menu button, scroll down to settings, change the setting for "List by".

I don't have a settings when I'm in the Contacts with Contacts button selected. See screenshot.

Did you miss the part where I said "scroll down"? Try scrolling the menu. There's more stuff in there.
