Contacts sync issue

Why when I delete some contacts does this not delete them from the main hub/memory?

I've just got my new sgs5 and all the contacts I've deleted from my s3 are here again, so I thought ill try syncing the s3 and see if that resets them but no it just reinstated the ones I'd deleted again?

Surley my phonshould be able to be the main controller for this task or at least an option to make it so?

Yeah ive been down that route but it seems silly that my fone isnt the primary for this or at least give to option to delete from all devices, or even tickbox to select which devices then if wanted to restore contact simply add it back froonof the devices its still on...

Actually i thinknive had a brilliant idea there....
