How to transfer contacts from my old Nokia 2700 classic non android phone to Moto G 2nd generation phone. Even the import contacts from sim is not working, Please suggest

Export the contacts on the Nokia as a .vcf file. The Nokia should be capable of that, but not having a Nokia handy I can't say how. Save the .vcf file to a PC for transfer to the Moto via USB or maybe to cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox if no PC is available. Once the .vcf file is saved on the Moto, import it by opening the People app and doing Settings > Import/export > Import from storage. The Moto user manual will explain this in detail.
