Content Lock

I've just tried to access the app store and it's now coming up saying the access is blocked and I need to phone t-mobile to remove content blocking.

Anyone else had this?

I could understand doing this if I wanted to surf some porn, but for the app store?

I had the same problem.

You can join my tmobile on the web and there is an option to tick on your profile. Turn the phone off and on again then it all should be fine.

Same thing happening to me. Wondering if it's all due to my number being ported over yesterday.

All the new t-mobile web phones have a content lock on. See above and turn it off.

I too had this, I'm hoping that vodafone doesnt do the same, although easy to get around it.

You need to log into your T-Mobile account on their website and turn off the content lock.
