I use two different Yahoo email accounts. One for everyday friends, another as a board member at our condos for owners/renters to contact me if there is a problem. Lately I have had repeated 'failure to sign in supposedly because of wrong password. I try the recover account/create new password. I get a text messege that prompts me to fill in temp. Letters/numbers . I try to text those back (I check to make certain they are correct/type sensitive, but everytime I get a messege that THOSE are incorrect! I have tried many times. As I cannot find a direct phone number or email to a customer service for Yahoo email, I am at a loss of what to do. I will not use the third party that costs $$$ to reset my password or figure out why both regular pw and temporary pw are refused. They tell me my pw has been hacked, then say when Yahoo crashed everyone's pw were lost. I do not believe them. What do I do or go, plz.
