Help Contract 2 or 3 years

Hi. My daughter has a 3 years contract. Recently she got into the 3rd year of contract. Is it possible to get out from contract if already she is in the 3rd year or not. I read somewhere on internet that it could be possible but i cannot find where anymore.

Update. From june 3rd it is posible if you are in the last year ofthe 3 years contract. Her balance shows now 0.
