Help Contract/PAYG mode selection question.

Hi, Basically I took my Vodafone sim out of my Galaxy S to try it in another phone, when I put it back it gave me a menu that let me select between Vodafone PAYG, Vodafone contract and some others I think.
I selected PAYG by accident when I should have selected contract, now I don't have the correct 3g settings.

I've tried putting the sim back in the other phone, leaving it out for awhile etc to no avail.

Does anyone know how i get back to the screen that lets me select between the PAYG and contract?
