The only one you could have issues with is a 4g toggle. They are known to not always work right, causing 4g to not shutdown correctly, which can cause battery drain. It's a known bug. Beyond that, you won't have any issues using them. If you ever suspect an app or anything is causing battery drain, there are ways of finding out, but toggle widgets, in general, won't do that.
