Controlling Camera over Web

Due to less than honest people at work, I need an app that would allow me to turn the camera on my MOTO E on and off over the web. It doesn't need to have a high frame rate, but at least 2 frames a second. Real time video would be great. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure about this but it sounds like a difficult one mate.
Hope someone can help.
Can i be a nosey bleep and ask why though?
If not it's cool wi me :thumbsupdroid:

Welcome to Android Forums.

The combination of ...
Cerberus Anti-Theft - not free – remotely track your phone – remote Factory Data Reset – remote take picture.
Client Cerberus – Control remotely
... allows you to take single images remotely and choose front or back camera.

It is designed to discreetly show the location of a thief and the thief for reporting to the police.

Found a lot of results using Yahoo. This page would be a good start in finding an app that fits your needs. I personally haven't done it yet but I've been thinking about it. My Note 3 is just sitting in a drawer.

Lol mate you knew I had to ask.. . Why do you want pics of in your drawer?? Do you have performing mice in there? :D

I believe there is a warp in the space/time continuum in the drawer next to my bed where I keep the device allowing access to malevolent beings who want my passwords . I want to prove to my girlfriend once and for all that the reason I roll over in bed onto her "In a bad way" as she puts it is a result of paranormal activity. I'm sure those beings are bigger than the space available for easy access so they have to move me out of the way. I've fooled them though, I took out the battery and keep it in an undisclosed location.
