convert an excel formula into an app

I have an excel finance calculator where the client enters financial data and it gives him an indication of what properties will cost him. I wish to convert this to an android app.

What would be the best solution.

I think it would be a difficult task with a high risk of incompatibility issues, as Android "Office" apps typically do not all handle complex equations and advanced features equally (if at all). Why not just convert it to Google Spreadsheets format, and have it accessed via Google Drive?
