Android Question

Hi,

I have changed my phone from Samsung Corby Pro B5310 to Sony Xperia Z1. I am not able to copy my old messages to my new phone. Samsung had messages in .VMG format. Sony Xperia is not supporting that format. I have tried using VMG converter from play store but that is not recognizing my old messages.

Can you suggest any App to that I can keep my old messages.

Thanks,
BizLearner

Install SMS Backup & Restore (free at Play) on both phones. Back up the messages on the old phone. Move the backup file to the new phone. (Airdroid to a PC, Airdroid back to the new phone, USB cable, physically move the SD card, any way you prefer). Restore the messages. Should take you about 10 minutes, including installation time on both phones.
