Welcome to Android Forums.

I found several tutorials on how to install Android 2.1 on the s8003, but not 2.3. I have never heard of an installation of Android on a handset that wasn't designed for it working very well. While I'm sure it's possible, I'd be surprised if any phone would function properly beyond the basic OS features.

If it's just an experiment, then good luck and have fun. If this is your daily phone, then be very careful you don't end up being stuck with a brick.
