I have a Sony Xperia Arc S phone. I have rooted the device. Instead of selecting EXT2 I had selected FAT32. I have a 32 GB Memory Card and since the internal memory was low I allocated around 6 GB towards internal memory. Though the MiniTool Partition shows 5.93 GB unallocated space, while I check on my phone settings it still shows only 200 MB free.
Is there a way to get this fixed? Any help is appreciated

You haven't fully described what you have done. Just formatting a card as ext will not by itself make it available to extend internal storage, nor is rooting by itself sufficient. You need a script, or an app such as Link2SD, to move e.g. apps and set up pointers to the area in the card that the apps have been moved to.

Generally the procedure is to partition the card, with the first partition remaining fat32 and the second ext, and it's the latter which is used to extend storage.

I should add that MiniTool Partition Wizard is actually rather poor at making ext format partitions (some people recommend it, but I think only because it's the only thing they know). I've seen a lot of people try this but be unable to make it work until they re-partitioned the card with a better tool such as GParted. So if everything else is in place that might be the final thing to consider.
