cool browser uninstalling problem

Hi
i have samsung galaxy
and i installed cool browser apk
when i go to remove it
from app manager
both force satop and uninstall are disabled

Those buttons don't look greyed out.

Usually the thing that stops you uninstalling an app is if it is set as a device administrator (which a browser should not be). Check your Security settings to remove this if so.

Dare I ask where you got this from? The fact that you say you installed the apk suggests not the Play Store, and if it's behaving oddly and comes from some random download site that would be a bit worrying.

its my friend device and he downloaded it from a stange site

Settings > Security > Device administrators, see whether it's listed there and deselect it if so. (It's possible the menu may be a little different from that, as Samsung change the menu layout more than anyone else).

Your friend should be told not to use sites like that - you've no way of knowing whether the apks have been modified to contain malware.
