Cool down S5

I just got a message that until the phone cools down I can't record video?! What's up with that? I have to admit that it is running a fever. How do I take care of that?

If my phone gets really hot, in the past I thru it in the freezer for a few minutes. ... not sure if that is great for the phone or not..... it worked for me.

How hot is it?

My HTC 10 often goes above 50°C when I play games or download large files. But high temperature never prevents it from recording videos.

I wish I could answer that. Maybe they should build thermometers into these things. It's the first time I've seen such a crazy message (about that).

Can you see at least your battery's temperature? If your phone is hot, the battery also gets hot and its temperature might give you some ideas.

i always open up my phone if im able too and add artic silver 5 thermal paste to the cpus to cool it, it works

The back is open, ever since the battery somehow came loose and I thought the whole thing was destroyed. It's too bad because it was a nice case. Wouldn't you think that would cool it?
