Why does my 4g turn off randomly even if i have my data on?

Welcome aboard, there's an issue with the coolpad's 4g where it turns off randomly at times due a software change, if your carry your phone to metroPCS they'll update the software that's causing problems with the 4g Please let us know if we can help you find something in particular while you are here, Thanks for joining the team.
