Root coolpad backup help

my coolpad is rooted, i used a system app unninstaller from the play store to remove some bloatware, my sister got ahold of it and somehow managed to delete music, flext9, and various other things. i tried to recover them (backups) and on my sd card theres only a backup for the flext9 and it wont flash back over...i have found a stock rom backup over on coolpadroot.webs.com i placed it on my sd card, went to recovery and attempted to flash it and it said invalid signature. am i doing something wrong? could someone please help me lol

The Recovery is security locked. Can't flash a thing without it coming from the official site.

What bloatware can i safely remove from my coolpad

Pretty much any metro branded app, easy wifi, mymetro ect. Dont go too crazy though

I have a stupid question I changed SD cards in my phone to a bigger one and I transfer everything from the small into the big one but I cannot find I cannot install most of the stuff back on my phone I need some help please

I was able to find my music and put it back but now I can't find my pictures and my videos
