CoPilot Download failed

Guys,

I tried to download CoPilot to my hero, I got as far as adding all my details and the credit card details. After I clicked the buy now button it greyed out and nothing happened.

What now?? And will I be charged? I checked my bank to see if there was a payment taken but nothing so far.

Try registering you card online first with Google check out.. Then when you go to purchase something from the market, it'll already have your card details stored..
 
Hi Xavier,

I registered my card details, it was after this that it failed to download. I just don't want to pay for something I haven't got. Can i attempt to download it again or would I be charged twice, I don't even know if the original payment will have been taken.
 
No, does this normally happen, sorry but this is the first time I've actually tried to download an app that I had to pay for!!!

Shouldn't normally happen... If you didn't get an email then you wouldn't have been charged so the chances are, you're good :)
 
Go into Market then hit My downloads. Is Copilot listed there? If so what status is it showing as?

But just one small warning - the notification of payment email will be sent to your Google account email address. I got caught like that - I did not know i had a google account but I set one up while activating the phone - a problem because I could not remember email address or password!
