Lurker
Bin blutigster Anfänger in Android.

Answers highly appreciated.

Translation:

I am a beginner in android.

I wanted to sign into Google with the account I already created on my PC. There were problems when entering the password. Something was always wrong. Since I cannot check the correctness of the whole password, I do not know where the fault lies. (Only the recently-inserted characters are briefly visible).

Normally I copy my most extended passwords out of my password manager, and insert them where they are required.

Two questions:

Can I switch the password input to a completely visible mode and switch it off again when it is no longer needed?

How can I paste in in the Google application from the PC clipboard? Or what intermediate steps are necessary?

Answers highly appreciated.

Hallo werceiro,

Android Forums ist ein Englische Sprache Froum. Können Sie bitte auf Englisch sprechen? Manche Leute benutzen Google Translate und auf Beide Sprache schreiben. Danke für dein Verständnis. :)

Ich habe auch deine Message übersetzte.

Hello werceiro,

Android Forums is an English language forum. Can you please speak in English? Some people use google translate and post in both languages. Thanks for your understanding :)

I have translated your message too.

What?,lol

Both posts translated. :)

Question 1:

Some password boxes have the option to display the full password that is being entered. However, if you can't see the option right next to the box, it can't be done.

Question 2:

You could transfer the password in a text file, if you plug your phone into your PC. There are lots of ways to transfer data to your phone via the internet, but most require you already be logged into google or that you install an app from the play store.

Xyro: Thank you very much for the excellent translation. Everything hits the point.

My question to AMOCO: Did you want to give me a message when writing "What?,lol"?
