Copy contacts to sim

How do I copy cotacts to my sim card? Need to swap phones for a while.

Using this app "CONTACT2SIM" their is a full and Lite version available on the Market now

Keep getting the message that my Skm card is full or locked!
cannot copy any contacts to Skm.
