copy everything from one android tablet to an identical new one?

Hello,

Is there a way to entirely copy everything, apps, preferences, files etc. from one tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tablet A, 2019) to an identical new one, all in one go? What's the best way to do that please?

Thanks.

Smartswitch app!
I just did this through my moto edge plus and Samsung tablet yesterday, works flawless, but make sure you connect with plug in for both machines, and not the wall outlet one that goes one way.

I have two of the cords.
Takes no time at all.

Most phones nowadays can copy everything to the new phone using a USB "C" double sided male cable. If you're devices aren't compatible with this, then yeah, smart switch is the best option

Give smartswitch a try and see if it works.
If not, the best you'll have to do is use your Google account and apps that will transfer to the new device. Backup everything to Google or the cloud, or a USB stick, then you manually transfer that data to the new device.
This will be tedious but it will work.

IT does work with wifi as well.
Google account back up all our apps, and then instantly download to your current device.
It sounds like a lot, but it is worth the precious apps.
