copy- paste on messages - RAZR Maxx/ICS

Hi, I recently upgraded my Razr Maxx to Ice cream sandwich. And now I can

The copy paste icons now usually appear at the top of the screen when you double tap on a word you typed..
The icon panel looks like this...

For those of you who are using the Swype keyboard you tap the 123 +!= button and then long press the same button, but instead displaying Edit ABC, this will bring up a menu within the keyboard to help select, copy, cut, and paste things.

how about copy and paste from the dialer window

I miss being able to copy phone numbers from recent calls and being able to paste them into searches or to-do lists
