I'm running Fresh ROM 2.4.0 with my SD card formatted/partitioned to use the APPS to SD feature.
I have a new SD card I'd like to upgrade to. My question is how do I move everything over to the new SD card.
The main part of the SD card(pictures, music, etc) is as easy as copy/paste, but the APPs partition of the SD card will not show up on my computer (winXP pro) as a readable partition under windows.
Is there a way to copy this partition as well, or am I better off formatting the new card in the phone and starting from scratch?
