Help Corporate exchange not working for certain users

I just got two Droid Razr Maxx for two of my employees. When trying to install corporate sync, it says Login failed, please try again. I, Myself have a Razr maxx, and have no problems. When trying to get this to work on these two phones, i even tried connecting to my email instead of theirs on the phone and it works. In fact, it works for many users, but certain ones don't seem to work. I have set all user permissions to be the same, but can't seem to figure out what the problem can be. One is a new user, the other is a user that has been here for a long time, and is in fact an administrator.
I download Touchdown on one phone, and that works for the one user that was failing with Corporate sync. I tried calling verizon, but to no avail. I am completely baffled. I do not feel it is a exchange issues, since touchdown works. It doesn't seem to be a phone issue, since some users work.

I even tried to set it up with a working user, then switching the login info to the failed user after it was setup but when I "Verify Server" it comes back with the same error. Is anyone else having these issues?

Any help would be appreciated

domain admin accounts have to have an exchange setting on the domain changed for android corp sync to work as domainadmins are not supposed to be email accounts. also need some screen lock in place sometimes.

I went through the same issue. the problem was that my company had Exchange Server 2007 and didnt support Android server access. They do have a MS webmail server platform. If your company has access through webmail.xxxxxx.com, then I would recommend get Moxier Mail app in the Google Play store. Use your company webmail.xxxxx.com address of your server. It works flawlessly. I tried Touchdown, but it was buggy and wouldnt handle attachments.

I highly recommend Moxier Mail.

I use exchange 2003. The thing is it works fine for my account. I am a domain admin, and have the same exact phone. What is driving me crazy is that there does not seem to be any distinguishable reason why some accounts work, and some don't, especially since they work with touchdown. I really want to get it to work using corporate sync because it is supposed to work. Why would I continue to buy these phones if one of the main features is broken.

I have my own 2007 exchange account for my business, Sherweb, works perfect with built in app, I have to access a VERY restricted 2007 server with a financial firm, use Touchdown for that, works perfect AFTER you get through the MANUAL setup. Had to use Activesync setting only. Also downloaded Hotmail app, as that is technically an exchange server now too, and All 3 work great, keeps all mail separate, and can still merge contacts and calendars to the phone, if you choose to do so.
