Help Corporate Push Email Issues

I'm loving my thrill but am having some issues with my corporate sync account. I can access my email but they aren't being pushed to me; I have to go in and manually retrieve them. I have it set to push emails and enabled background data. I've contacted my IT department and they can't figure out what is wrong because other people are using the device and aren't having issues. I've contacted LG and they said there are no known corporate sync issues. Can anyone help with getting my email pushed to me?
 
I am having the same problem. I am using Exchange for both my work and school. Both accounts have sporadic issues. Sometimes it pushes, sometimes I have to manuall retrieve. Same is true for my non push emails that are set to retrieve every hour. I will go 6-7hrs with nothing and all of sudden have 45 emails.
 
I would call at&t or LG customer service for help
I know at&t has a department that handles this issue.
